Facilitator

Ms. Jaya Joshi a graduate in psychology with honours, is a leading corporate trainer, recognized by India Today as one of the most innovative coaches in the Corporate World. She joined Khursheed Merchant’s Training company (1986 to 2003) as a Director and Co-Coach and has coached over 15000 people. For past several years she is working in the area of behavioural and attitudinal transformation with focus on empowering individuals to keep up with the fast changing commercial environment and inculcating the entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of ownership at workplace. Her studies also include with apprenticing with KMI’s International associates: Neil Wragg, Transformational Coach for Youth at Risk in UK, Miki Wallezeck, Corporate Trainer with Transformation Technologies, Germany and UK, Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming by Fr. Dick McHugh PhD, NLP.
